PPR-Anfragen für IFR-Flüge der General Aviation

Zur Sicherstellung eines geordneten, verlässlichen und planbaren Flug- und Abfertigungsbetriebs am Flughafen Stuttgart während der Fußball-Europameisterschaft 2024 ist in den nachfolgend aufgeführten Zeiträumen für alle IFR-Flüge der General Aviation zur Anmeldung von Airport Slots beim Flughafenkoordinator (Fluko) die vorherige Zustimmung der Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH (PPR) erforderlich:

Ihre PPR-Anfragen können ausschließlich über das nachfolgend verlinkte Portal direkt an die Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH gestellt werden.

PPR-Anfragen für VFR-Flüge der General Aviation

Für alle VFR-Flüge der General Aviation in diesen Zeiträumen beachten Sie bitte das veröffentlichte NOTAM A3226/24.

Die PPR-Anfrage für VFR-Flüge ist bis spätestens 15:00 Uhr (Lokalzeit) des Vortages per E-Mail an euro2024@stuttgart-airport.com zu richten. In der Mail anzugeben sind Verkehrstag, Erwartete Ankunftszeit in Lokalzeit, Erwartete Abflugzeit in Lokalzeit, REGIS, ARCTYP, Rufzeichen (sofern abweichend) sowie die Kontaktdaten des Antragsstellers.

PPR requests for IFR General Aviation flights

To assure orderly, reliable, and predictable flight and handling operations at Stuttgart Airport during the European Soccer Championships 2024 a prior approval (PPR) by the aerodrome operator (Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH) is mandatory for the application of airport slots at the Airport Coordinator Germany for all IFR General Aviation flights during the following periods:

15/06/2024 04.00 UTC – 20/06/2024 22.00 UTC
22/06/2024 04.00 UTC – 27/06/2024 22.00 UTC
04/07/2024 04.00 UTC – 06/07/2024 22.00 UTC

PPR-Permissions can only be requested online from the aerodrome operator (Flughafen Stuttgart GmbH) by using the linked portal.

PPR requests for VFR General Aviation flights

For all VFR General Aviation flights during these periods please refer to the published NOTAM A3226/24.

The PPR permission for VFR flights must be requested until 3 PM (Local Time) on the previous day by e-mail to euro2024@stuttgart-airport.com. Requests have to contain day of operation, ETA in local time, ETD in local Time, aircraft type, registration, callsign if different and contact data of applicant.
